Thank you for your purchase. We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have the option of returning the unworn goods in their original condition within 14 days of the invoice date.

A. Preparation and dispatch of the return

1. note the reason for the return of the respective item on the returns form enclosed with the shipment.
2. make sure that the goods you are returning are in their original condition, including the labels and packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept your return or issue a refund.
3. pack the items in any rigid cardboard box.
4. use the return label that came with your shipment and attach it clearly visible on the outside of the box.

B. Credit note for the return

Please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be received and processed by our logistics center. Once the return has been processed, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the payment method used when the order was placed.
